圣诞旺季，小包发货者注意了!

圣诞旺季来临，中国邮政小包，香港小包，新加坡小包以及瑞士小包，都相继出现不同程度的爆仓！为有效避免由较长运输时间引起的纠纷，请各卖家朋友们注意与买家的沟通! 特别是依赖中国邮政小包的卖家朋友！
根据客户反馈，要求协助查单的，共有以下三种情况！
第一种情况 （I cannot find where is my order?）
卖家标明发货提供跟踪号码给买方后，数日该件仍然无法查询，应该是没有上网的状况，这种情况，我们想提醒卖家，可以在事先提供单号的时候解释上网时长，以免买家认为该单号是无效的。另外，选则货代的时候要尽量了解一下目前的小包形式，预估上网时间！再清楚的表达给买家。请参考以下模版：
Dear there:
Good day!
Thanks for your order, we've shipped your order on: (date)
Here is the tracking number for your order: RR123456789CN (The China Post registered mail)
Your item may hasn't scanned or entered into the carrier's system yet. May I respectfully advise you to wait for a couple of days then you could try to track your shipment by the below link:
Normally it takes 1-3 days for the Postal Authority to scan or enter your tracking number into their system. Please accept our apology if any inconvenience it caused.
Thanks for your business again. Please don't hesitate to contact with us if you need our assistance.

第二种情况：(My order hasn't arrived yet, it's been a long time!)
包裹上网封发后一直没有更新，买家就等不及了，这种时间如果沟通不好，有一些买家可能会直接开纠纷。以下是我们客服根据最近两个月的时效统计回给买家的邮件模版，可以参考：
Dear there:
Good day! Good news!
Your order has been shipped and dispatched by the carrier of China Post Registered Mail on：(date)
From the current status, it is during the normal shipping process. It hasn't been arrived in US yet. Once it does, the tracking status will be updated immediately.
You can also refer the below link to get an approx. delivery date
Please be noted since this is an international registered post mail, so the shipping time will be highly depend on the carrier and local customs/taxes, etc. An average delivery time is usually around 15-35 business days from the dispatching date.
International postal mail is more complicated and slower than you may think, therefore be patient. Customs issues and taxes and causes for the delays. Be aware of these issues before you get upset on the slow shipping times.

第三种情况：(Where exactly is my order and when can you deliver it to me?)
包裹到达当地后，买家不知如何联系取件！所以我们建议卖家朋友可以做好沟通，避免纠纷。
参考以下模版：
Hi there! I am sorry to hear that you haven't received your order as expected.
From the latest tracking result, the shipment has been arrived in UK on: (Date)
Depending on this situation, May I advise you contact with the UK Postal Authority as Parcelforce company by the below information:
Setup a delivery schedule or pick it up by yourself according to their instruction.
You can phone their Customer Service team on 08448 00 44 66, calls are charged at national rates.
We hope you will get your postal mail in shortly time.

不能查到投妥的国家，如法国，英国，意大利，澳大利亚等国家，要注意沟通好。避免开纠纷退款！
同年圣诞旺季的统计时效参考：
到北美: 美国加拿大，一向比较稳定，平均运输时效：15-30天
到南美：到阿根廷，巴西等地，一个是运输需要转，另外一个是该国家海关的查验时间效长
哥伦比亚、委内瑞拉 厄瓜多尔、秘鲁 智利 平时运输时效：35-50天
到东欧：俄罗斯，乌克兰等 平均运输时效：25-48天
到中欧：波兰、捷克、斯洛伐克、匈牙利、德国、奥地利、瑞士 平均时效：15-60天
到西欧：英国、爱尔兰、荷兰、比利时、卢森堡、法国和摩纳哥 平均时效：15-45天
到欧洲其它地方：意大利，法国，希腊，、西班牙、葡萄牙 芬兰、瑞典、挪威、冰岛、丹麦、平均时效： 25-45天
其实每年年末两三个月的时候，运输时效会大大不如往常，尤其是小包，特别不稳定，所以我们跟买家沟通的时候，运输时间一定要告知得比较宽裕一点。这样理解的话， 是不是就纠纷会变得少一点呢?
